Once significant work has commenced or been delivered, refunds may be limited or unavailable. We encourage all clients to review their project scope, communicate concerns early, and raise disputes promptly.

Subscription Plans

Our website hosting and service plans operate on a recurring monthly subscription model starting from $15/month.

  • Monthly Plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges — cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period.
  • New Subscriptions: If you experience a technical issue preventing access within the first 48 hours, contact us promptly. We will review and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged (e.g., charged twice or after cancellation), we will investigate and issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

One-Time Project Services

For custom website development, web applications, mobile app development, and similar project-based engagements:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any design or development work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
  • After Work Has Started: A refund may be issued for the portion of work not yet completed, less any non-recoverable costs incurred (e.g., third-party tools, domain registrations, stock assets). The completed portion is non-refundable.
  • After Project Delivery: Once a project has been delivered and accepted (or after the client review period passes without objection), no refund will be issued.
  • Deposit Payments: Deposits are non-refundable unless Next Sky Tech fails to commence work within the agreed timeline.

SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services are results-oriented but inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volume, or lead generation numbers. As such:

  • Monthly SEO retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please raise concerns within the first 15 days of a new billing cycle so we can address them.
  • Work already performed — including keyword research, content creation, backlink outreach, and campaign setup — is not refundable.

Realtor Website & CRM Services

Realtor website packages and CRM subscriptions offered through our web4realtor.com platform follow the same general refund principles:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun.
  • MLS integration setup fees are non-refundable once third-party API requests have been submitted.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us Email info@nextskytech.com or call +1 (416) 721-7228 with your name, account email, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review Period We will review your request within 5 business days and may ask for additional information to process your claim.
  3. Decision & Notification We will notify you by email of our decision, including the approved refund amount (if any) and the reason for the outcome.
  4. Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and services. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that does not comply with this policy.
